Responsibilities:
Work with customers, users, and other stakeholders to identify business needs and create the stories which can satisfy those needs. Do research and seek out/establish eligibility connections where it makes sense Collaborate with other analysts to develop and document business analysis best practices, standards, and tool usage. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree a plus 6+ years experience in an Insurance Eligibility support role. Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement a plus Understanding of and on the job experience working with ANSI 270/271 required Detail oriented and logical thinker with strong analytical skills Capable of solving complex problems Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office applications Experience querying SQL databases is a plus Ability to maintain confidentiality
