1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicants As an Application & Technical Support (ATS) Specialist, you will provide technical guidance and support to customers for the product StrataJazz. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving moderately complex technical issues independently, conducting root cause analysis, prioritizing and managing cases according to SOP guidelines, overseeing backlog and unassigned cases, developing solutions to prevent recurring issues, escalating complex issues, maintaining accurate customer records, delivering training sessions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring secure handling of PHI data in compliance with HIPAA, and guiding junior support staff. Requirements include 2+ years of product experience or relevant healthcare product experience in technical support, development, or consultancy; proficiency with Microsoft Office 365; experience in technical issue resolution and escalation; ability to manage multiple projects; proficiency with SQL scripts; preferred experience with financial applications such as StrataJazz, Axiom, or EPSi; preferred experience with Salesforce and Tableau or similar data visualization tools. The role emphasizes customer focus, empathy, attention to detail, teamwork, initiative, confidence, organization, communication skills, product knowledge, and contribution to knowledge base documentation.
