Principal UX Designer

We are seeking a Principal User Experience Designer to lead the creation and refinement of digital products and experiences. This role combines design expertise, cross-functional collaboration and leadership to drive forward impactful UX projects in a fast-paced environment. This is a temporary / contract position and sits on-site in Dallas, TX (5x per week). Responsibilities : Lead UX design projects from concept to completion, serving as the creative point of contact across teams Use storytelling, prototyping and user-centered design principles to communicate and evolve the product vision Collaborate closely with designers, researchers, developers, and project managers to bring intuitive experiences to life Facilitate and lead workshops to align teams and gather input from key stakeholders Working closely with junior and senior designers, fostering growth and encouraging design excellence Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while ensuring high-quality output Translate complex problems into simple, clear solutions using strategic and systems thinking Required Qualifications : 7+ years of experience in product design across a range of digital platforms Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design or related field preferred Strong portfolio showcasing end to end product design (UX / UI) across major projects Experience in design strategy, ideation and prototyping Proficiency with tools like Figma Executive presence with the ability to present work to senior stakeholders A big plus if you have experience working on a consumer-facing, web-based product for a large organization If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
