This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of the rapidly evolving alc/bev industry, focusing on innovation within the Ready to Drink category. The successful candidate will drive growth and shape long-term strategies in the US market, working closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, finance, and sales. Key Responsibilities
Lead and support RTD innovation projects, managing resources and timelines effectively. Develop new-to-world RTD products, including concept creation, branding, and market launch assets. Manage cross-functional teams across multiple markets from ideation to commercialization. Collaborate with marketing and consumer insights to develop consumer-centric products. Influence R&D in product and packaging development to ensure quality and innovation. Monitor industry trends and consumer preferences to maintain competitive edge. Implement best practices in innovation to enhance efficiency and idea generation. Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 5 years in consumer marketing or brand innovation, or related experience. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. Willingness to travel up to 20%. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-cultural collaboration skills. Proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities. Strong problem-solving, creative thinking, and leadership abilities. Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $140,000 - $160,000, based in NYC or Chicago, plus annual bonus, 401K match, profit sharing, medical and wellness benefits. Success Metrics
Increase top-line revenue and profitability of RTD brands. Leverage insights to identify opportunities and optimize product concepts. Drive innovation strategy and identify growth white spaces. Track and improve innovation performance metrics. Additional Details
