contingency-based plaintiff personal injury cases . This role is ideal for a skilled negotiator who thrives in client advocacy, case strategy, and settlement negotiations—helping injured individuals receive the justice they deserve
before litigation becomes necessary . What You’ll Do:
Manage a
high-volume caseload
of personal injury claims from intake to settlement. Work closely with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters to maximize case value. Oversee case strategy, demand preparation, and negotiate settlements to ensure clients receive fair compensation. Collaborate with litigation teams when cases require escalation. Who You Are:
Minimum of 2 years of experience handling plaintiff personal injury cases in a pre-litigation setting. Licensed to practice law in California (multi-jurisdiction licensing and bilingual abilities are a plus). A strong communicator and negotiator who thrives in client-facing interactions. Licensed to practice law in California
(multi-jurisdiction licensing is a plus). Minimum of 2 years of experience
handling
plaintiff personal injury cases
in a pre-litigation setting. Strong negotiation skills
with a proven track record of securing favorable settlements. Excellent communication and client management skills —must be comfortable working directly with injured clients. Bonus: Bilingual
(Spanish is a plus but not required). Experience managing a
high-volume caseload
efficiently. Ability to work in a
fast-paced, results-driven
environment with tight deadlines. Salary Description
