We cater to sports teams and leagues, schools from pre-K through college, not-for-profit organizations, and other businesses and organizations. Our mission is to help our clients look good and play good. Role Description As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for managing and tracking the entire production process of orders from beginning to end. This role will have some customer interaction, but will primarily interact with other internal personnel and outside vendors/suppliers. As the Production Manager, you will ensure that orders are input and processed correctly and accurately in a timely manner and that vendors/suppliers are completing our order requests correctly and accurately on a timely basis. For the right candidate, this role can be performed 100% remote. That said, we have a strong preference for hybrid work at times in Chicago and the near western suburbs. Ability to handle some pick-up and delivery of orders between our suppliers/decorators and our facilities is a plus. Qualifications Experience working in promotional products, particularly with a distributor, or related field is a plus. Experience working in MS Excel, Outlook, and Teams, as well as inputting orders via supplier websites. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control. Ability to manage and track multiple tasks simultaneously, and to easily adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and remotely. High school diploma or equivalent required; BA a plus. Compensation Target salary is $40,000/year +/- depending upon the experience and skill of the candidate. Seniority level
