Tennis Director
to oversee and grow our tennis program while maintaining a regular teaching schedule. This is a combination role ideal for a dynamic professional who thrives both on the court and in leadership. About the Club
Our member-owned club offers a welcoming atmosphere with a strong recreational and competitive culture. With a boutique facility and a loyal membership, we pride ourselves on offering personalized service and high-quality tennis programming in a member-friendly, community-focused, high-engagement environment. Key Responsibilities Teach private lessons, clinics, and junior/adult programming (approx. 25 hours/week) Lead and grow all club tennis programming including:
Mixers, camps, tournaments, and events Junior and adult player development
Hire, mentor, and manage part-time tennis staff and pros Coordinate court scheduling, events, and communication with members Serve as a liaison between the tennis department and club management/board Qualifications USPTA or PTR Certified (or ability to obtain) Minimum 5 or more years of teaching experience; prior leadership or program management preferred Strong interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and team-first attitude Proficient with tennis scheduling and club software systems Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation package including:
Lesson revenue share Administrative base salary
