Enova International This position will participate in the development, implementation and performance of compliance testing and monitoring to support the company’s continued compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations and with the company’s policies and procedures in connection with the operations of the company’s online lending business. Responsibilities include performing compliance related testing and monitoring procedures for the company’s compliance functions, scheduling, conducting, documenting, and maintaining comprehensive testing documentation, maintaining up to date knowledge of industry regulations, consulting with Legal, Audit, IT and business lines to coordinate compliance monitoring activities, suggesting and recommending effective testing solutions, assisting in the development of compliance testing and monitoring strategies, initiating development or enhancement of compliance monitoring techniques and standards, assisting in the ongoing development and implementation of the risk assessment process, and completing validation work related to the issue management program. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years regulatory compliance and/or testing and monitoring experience in a consumer lending industry, strong exposure in implementation, training and monitoring of business operations for compliance, willingness to learn and assist with other compliance-related projects, excellent writing and oral communication skills, ability to work independently or in collaboration with a team, and proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
