A law firm seeks an early career Trial Attorney in Birmingham, AL. The role involves managing a high-volume caseload, engaging with clients, and advocating in trials. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional legal services.
Duties
Manage approximately 150 cases, with around 50 in active litigation monthly. Maintain proactive communication with clients throughout the legal process. Conduct depositions, draft motions, and lead mediations. Serve as lead counsel in jury trials to secure favorable outcomes. Requirements
Licensed to practice law in Alabama; trial advocacy or moot court experience preferred. Active and in good standing with the State Bar; multiple state bar admissions preferred. Exceptional communication skills to articulate case strategies effectively. Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications
Licensed to practice law in Alabama. Skills
Strong legal acumen and trial advocacy skills. Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently. Proficient in client communication and case strategy development. Dedicated office space with support from a case manager and paralegal. Access to proprietary AI software for demand letter drafting. Swift access to medical records through in-house services.
