Forbes , and NYFW, the buzz is building on this brand, and they’re looking for a highly strategic and creative Social Media Director to lead the this new chapter. You'll have direct access to founders, autonomy to run with your ideas, and the ability to create real impact. What You’ll Do: Lead go-to-market (GTM) planning for product launches across DTC, retail, and professional channels. Own and manage the seasonal brand marketing calendar to ensure timely execution of campaigns, promotions, and storytelling moments. Collaborate with Creative, Sales, Product Development, and E-commerce to align messaging and deliverables with business goals. Create brand messaging frameworks and product positioning that translate benefits into engaging copy across packaging, email, web, and in-store displays. Support retail marketing by developing sell-in decks, merchandising copy, and toolkits for top partners like Ulta and Amazon. Coordinate influencer and brand partnership initiatives with Social and PR teams to elevate campaign reach. Ensure consistent brand voice and tone across all creative assets and marketing channels. Who You Are: 4–6 years of brand, product, or consumer marketing experience (beauty or CPG preferred) A compelling storyteller with a strong eye for detail and brand narrative Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with creative and sales teams Adept at managing multiple timelines and campaigns simultaneously Passionate about wellness, clean beauty, and purpose-driven products Obsessed with customer experience and seamless brand execution
