CICOA Aging & In-Home Solutions is seeking a highly organized and mission-aligned professional to join our Foundation team as the Data & Campaign Coordinator. This unique, multi-functional role combines the strategic oversight of database management, support for the “CICOA Reimagined” Campaign, and administrative assistance for the Foundation. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about nonprofit work and thrives in a fast-paced environment, adeptly balancing technical skills with administrative excellence. This is a key position that supports the CICOA Foundation and the CICOA Reimagined Campaign and ensures that data oversight is operating at peak efficiency. Key Responsibilities Database Management & Development (60%) Administer and maintain our donor and constituent relationship management system. Utilize and maintain Blackbaud/Raier’s Edge/NXT application in support of the CICOA website for online contributions and registrations. Oversee and provide oversight in database conversion processes. Ensure accurate data entry, segmentation, and reporting to support fundraising, communications, and program evaluation. Continued development of best practice manual of all database entry functions. Collaborate with the foundation and finance teams to align data systems with donor stewardship and grant tracking needs. Analyze data to identify trends, improve operations, and inform strategic decisions. Ensure that campaign prospects are under management and that the campaign is proceeding on schedule according to the campaign playbook. Provide guidance along with the CDO and management of monthly gift officer meetings by providing reports to measure metrics for actions, proposals, and closings on gifts. Prepare and preserve financial, demographic, and statistical reports for the Foundation along with CICOA’s Fiscal Department as requested. Participate in the planning and execution of special fundraising and community awareness events in coordination with the Event and Volunteer Manager. Manage all aspects of Acuity-Darts donor information in CRM. Campaign Management (30%) Coordinate campaign planning activities, including development of timelines, budgets, and case materials. Partner with the Board of Directors, campaign committee members, and key staff to maximize outreach and fundraising efforts. Manage campaign progress tracking, reporting, and adjustment of strategies as needed. Oversee timely acknowledgement of campaign gifts and pledges, preparation of pledge agreements, and pledge payment reminders. Work closely with the
marketing/communications
team to ensure consistent campaign messaging. Provide regular campaign updates for the Strategy Team and Chief Development Officer. Ensure adherence to campaign milestones, timelines, and deliverables. Coordinate and conduct bi-weekly update meetings with the CDO. Administrative Duties (10%) Provide oversight of Foundation-related expenses processed by the Fiscal Department. Schedule appointments for the CDO and oversee the Foundation Team Calendar. Prepare agendas for team meetings and coordinate room bookings for staff and key stakeholder meetings. Additional Responsibilities Demonstrates flexibility and a willingness to contribute to other tasks, projects, or events that advance the organization’s mission. Supports special initiatives and cross-functional team efforts as needed, in alignment with evolving organizational priorities. Other duties may be assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities

Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. 4–6 years of professional experience, ideally in a nonprofit setting with experience supporting leadership, managing databases, and working with a board. Knowledge of Blackbaud/Raiser’s Edge/NXT and Give Smart CRM tools is a plus.
