Description: Job Summary: The GSS Map Ops team helps in building maps that are a near real-time reflection of the physical world. Whenever you see a map, get an ETA, see the route a driver or courier is taking, or get picked up at the right location in a client product, the Map operations team has a role to play. As a US Operations Support, you will be responsible for testing both existing and new tools, leading pilot projects, and collaborating with the engineering and product teams to transition these projects into full production. We are seeking qualified individuals who can perform these tasks independently, with minimal direction, and who demonstrate a strong capacity for self-learning. Details about the role: Lead Pilot Projects:
Work with engineering and product teams to run pilot projects and find ways to improve them. Test and Launch Improvements:
Partner with Product and Operations (especially in India) to test and roll out system updates smoothly. Create SOPs:
Develop clear and scalable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to move pilots into full production. Improve Processes:
Review current and new workflows to spot inefficiencies and suggest improvements. Communicate with Teams:
Keep all stakeholders informed and aligned throughout projects. Suggest Tool Enhancements:
Recommend changes to tools to make processes more efficient and work with development teams to implement them. Fix Tool Issues:
Be the go-to person for tool-related problems in production, and coordinate with engineers to resolve them quickly. Analyze Data:
Perform data reviews to find useful insights and support better decision-making. Report Progress:
Share weekly updates on project status, including achievements and challenges. Nice to Have: Knowledge on QGIS and SQL Having AV labelling and HD Maps labeling experience is a Must Seniority level
