We are seeking eager, goal-oriented Customer Service Representatives for our Customer Experience team. These individuals, under general supervision, will interact with customers to place orders, provide information about products/services, and resolve complaints in a timely, accurate, and professional manner. The role involves fostering the growth of a strong customer base through positive interactions and building relationships. Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls and respond to online chats/emails regarding product orders, order status, returns, billing, payments, account information, pricing, marketing, upselling, and consumer inquiries. Process all business transactions accurately using relevant systems (NetSuite or Hubspot). Interface daily with Sales Representatives, Accounts Receivable, and Distribution to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, maintaining a positive experience. Make outbound informational calls to customers and sales reps. Gather and document customer information. Achieve team and individual goals and assist with special projects as assigned. Skills and Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred. 2-3 years customer service experience in a call center preferred. Excellent communication skills, friendly and professional phone manner, adaptable communication style. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize workload, and respond accurately and promptly. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Social perceptiveness and awareness of others' reactions. Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook; ability to learn NetSuite and Hubspot; typing speed of 40 wpm with accuracy. Additional Information:
Location: Newport Beach, hybrid schedule (Tues-Thurs onsite, Mon & Fri remote). Reports to: Supervisor, Customer Experience. Compensation & Benefits:
This hourly, non-exempt position offers $26.00 - $29.00 per hour, based on experience and skills.
