Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Inside Sales Representative located in Hicksville, NY, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Real Estate Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for prospecting new leads, managing inbound and outbound sales calls, conducting property research, maintaining customer records, and guiding clients through the real estate process. Additional tasks include assisting with scheduling appointments, preparing sales documents, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a smooth transaction experience. Qualifications Real Estate knowledge of real property Experience in sales and customer service Understanding of real estate market trends and practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Proficiency in using CRM software and other related tools High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred Seniority level
