Regional Security Manager

Our Global Security team is looking for a Regional Security Manager with strong leadership experience, operational expertise, and a proactive approach to physical security. This individual will be the regional subject matter expert, driving the implementation of our security management program across a diverse operational footprintincluding chemical facilities, supply chain operations, and remote work environments. What You Will Do: Implement physical security strategies tailored to chemical facilities, supply chain operations, and remote workers. Manage Corporate Security Managers across the region and develop a network of local security coordinators. Conduct regular risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies. Oversee access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and perimeter security systems across NA facilities. Support workplace violence prevention and remote worker safety protocols, including vehicle tracking and incident reporting. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Support investigations into security incidents and ethics violations, and advise site leadership on dynamic threats. Deliver and adapt security awareness training for employees, contractors, and remote workers. Coordinate with the Global Physical Security Technology Manager on system upgrades and standardization. Oversee proprietary and contract guard services to ensure consistent and effective coverage. Collaborate on crisis response planning and drills with emergency response teams and GIS developers. Partners with SH&E, HR, facilities, and supply chain teams to align security with operational goals. Assist in developing and managing security budgets. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in security management, criminal justice, business administration, or a related field. 7 years of experience in physical security management, including 3 years in a leadership role. Proficiency in security systems such as access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection. Travel: up to 50% across North America 7 years of experience leading cross-functional teams and managing vendor relationships. Immigration sponsorship and relocation are not available for this position. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP). Excellent communication skills, with 5 years of experience training staff and presenting to senior leadership. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to respond effectively under pressure. Experience managing security for remote or mobile workforces. Familiarity with chemical industry-specific security challenges, including hazardous material handling and regulatory compliance. Annual or Hourly Compensation Range: The base salary range for this position is $117,200.00 - $175,800.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
