As an Executive Creative Director, you'll work closely with the EVP, Head of Creative to set the vision, guide teams, and deliver work across every channel—digital, social, upper-funnel, and TV. This role combines leadership and craftsmanship. We are looking for an Executive Creative Director to lead and elevate one of our most high-impact accounts. You're an integrated thinker who's led large-scale brand campaigns and produced compelling work. You've built teams, pitched and won major ideas, and navigated global markets. You know how to move seamlessly from strategy to concept to execution—and you're not afraid to get hands-on. We need a Swiss Army knife: someone hands-on, fast, and fluent in everything from cinematic brand spots to scroll-stopping social content. If your portfolio demonstrates platform-native thinking, sharp digital ideas, and craftsmanship, we want to see it. Responsibilities

Drive the Creative Vision:

Define and steer the creative direction, ensuring clarity, consistency, and innovation across all outputs. Develop campaign work:

Create effective, beautifully crafted campaigns suited for each platform—film, digital, social, upper-funnel. Maintain high standards:

Emphasize storytelling and narrative strength in all creative outputs. Set goals:

Establish quarterly and annual objectives for the creative team, ensuring progress is measurable. Lead, Grow, and Problem Solve:

Mentor high-performing teams of GCDs, CDs, art directors, writers, motion artists, and designers. Foster a creative culture:

Promote collaboration, smart risk-taking, and innovation. Coordinate across teams:

Keep teams aligned across time zones and project types, working closely with strategy, accounts, and production. Lead client relationships:

Develop campaigns from pitch to production, advocating for bold, insight-driven creative decisions. Champion integrated thinking:

Deliver a unified idea across digital, social, upper-funnel, and TV formats. Identify growth opportunities:

Assist in evaluating new business and incoming requests strategically. Ensure creative excellence:

Oversee all outputs to ensure differentiation, impact, and quality. Build processes:

Develop scalable creative workflows and lead internal training initiatives. About You - The Essentials

Extensive experience in creative leadership within top-tier agencies, typically 15+ years of creative experience, including 3-5 years at the Group Creative Director level. A strong portfolio of award-winning, integrated campaigns. Proven leadership and team inspiration skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience across digital, social, upper-funnel, and TV channels. Global experience leading work across regions. Versatility, agility, and a solution-driven mindset. Portfolio Must-Haves

Great Film:
