Assist Resident Manager and Maintenance Supervisor in performing necessary repairs and preventive maintenance to apartment complex buildings and property Jobsite:
Princeville
*Similar positions available in Lihue and Koloa as well
Schedule:
Monday - Friday (7:00a - 4:30p)
Starting Pay:
$25 - $28/hr (DOE) Responsibilities:
Patch and paint walls and doors Replace keys and weather stripping Repair/replace floor tile and carpet Replace light bulbs, plugs and switches Change A/C filters and check coils Appliance repair/replacement Caulk sinks, tubs, countertops Minor plumbing repairs Test/replace smoke alarms Perform annual inspections of apartments Maintain tools and equipment in safe working order Qualifications:
2+ years of related experience Ability to read and interpret documents including operating and maintenance instructions Basic computer knowledge
(Word/Excel/Internet) Able to use hand tools like mowers and weeders Knowledge/skills in plumbing, electrical and general maintenance Reliable transportation Maintain professional appearance ** WEEKLY PAY ** Health Insurance ** Paid Holidays ** Bonus Options ** HiEmployment
