Responsible for performing general upkeep and repairs on apartment complex Job Duties Include:

Patch and Paint Walls and Doors

Replace Keys and Weather Stripping

Repair/Replace Floor Tile and Carpet

Replace Light Bulbs

Test/Replace Smoke Alarms

Perform Annual Inspections of Apartments

Maintain Tools and Equipment in Safe Working Order

Qualifications:

2+ Years of Related Experience

Basic Knowledge/Skills in Plumbing, Electrical and General Maintenance

Reliable Transportation

Mon-Fri Starting Pay Rate:

$21/hr
