HR Generalist / Recruiter (Full-Time, In-Person)
Overview: We’re looking for a dynamic HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can own both recruiting and core human resource functions. This is a hybrid role ideal for someone who loves engaging with people and is ready to expand beyond recruiting into broader HR responsibilities. This person will work closely with leadership and department heads to recruit top talent, manage day-to-day HR operations, and help shape a positive, high-performance company culture. Responsibilities:
Recruiting (approx. 50%): Own full-cycle recruiting: source, screen, schedule, and close candidates across sales, customer success, engineering, and other departments. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and write compelling job descriptions. Build a strong talent pipeline through networking, social media, and career events. Provide a top-notch candidate experience from first contact to offer letter. Maintain and report on recruitment metrics using our ATS. Human Resources (approx. 50%): Support employee onboarding and new hire orientation. Assist with employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation. Maintain and update employee records and ensure HR compliance. Help coordinate benefits, leave tracking, and employee communications. Participate in building HR programs such as engagement, training, and development. Serve as a first point of contact for general HR-related questions from employees and managers. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in recruiting; some exposure to broader HR tasks preferred. Comfortable expanding into HR generalist responsibilities with training/support. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to juggle multiple priorities. Tech-savvy and comfortable using ATS systems, Microsoft Office, and collaboration tools. Must be based in or willing to work from our Boca Raton, Florida office full-time. Nice to Have:
Familiarity with benefits administration and or employee relations. Experience working in a SaaS or high-growth tech company. Interest in learning and growing into an HRBP or HR Manager role over time.
