Responsibilities (Text Only)
Collaborate across Product Marketing and integrated marketing leads and content strategists to align on integrated marketing support as part of broader integrated marketing plans.
Support the continued evolution of our AI and Industry integrated marketing approach, creating consistency and predictability in execution.
Develop and maintain shared planning documents, dashboards, and status trackers to ensure transparency and alignment.
Formalize meeting rhythms, reporting cadences, and communication templates to streamline cross-team collaboration.
Create compelling internal communications and executive-ready presentations to highlight priorities, launch moments, and performance updates.
Track post-launch metrics and performance, delivering insights and optimization recommendations.

Qualifications (Text Only) Required/minimum qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ years of experience in integrated marketing (digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience OR equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience working within large corporate environments or marketing/communications agencies, with a proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures and cross-functional teams.
Additional or preferred qualifications
Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 2+ years of experience in integrated marketing OR Bachelor's Degree in the same fields AND 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing OR equivalent experience.
Integrated Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. Ranges vary by location, with specific ranges for the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area: USD $137,600 - $222,600. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation. More information here:
