Principal Consultant – QA Mobile . We seek a highly skilled Principal Consultant in QA Mobile to lead quality assurance initiatives for mobile applications, ensuring top standards of functionality, usability, and performance. You will provide strategic guidance, technical expertise, and leadership to QA teams while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent mobile experiences. Responsibilities Lead mobile application testing efforts, ensuring high standards for functionality, usability, and performance. Provide strategic guidance on QA processes, tools, and frameworks for mobile apps. Design and implement robust mobile testing strategies, covering manual and automated testing. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business teams to define quality requirements. Drive adoption of automated testing tools and frameworks for efficient test coverage. Mentor and manage QA teams, fostering continuous learning and improvement. Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide mobile QA expertise. Continuously assess and improve testing processes to optimize efficiency. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum qualifications

Proven experience in mobile QA, including leadership or consulting roles. Expertise in mobile platforms (iOS, Android) and testing tools (e.g., Appium, XCUITest, Espresso). Experience with test automation frameworks and tools. Strong background in agile methodologies and collaborative environments. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Experience managing QA teams and mentoring. Strong communication skills for engaging with clients. Familiarity with CI/CD processes and version control tools (e.g., Git). Preferred qualifications Analytical skills to troubleshoot complex issues and drive resolution. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to convey technical concepts effectively.
