https://humanresources.baltimorecity.gov/hr-divisions/benefits JOB SUMMARY: The City of Baltimore’s Department of Finance (DOF) is seeking an Executive Assistant who will report directly to the Bureau Chief of the Bureau of Revenue Collections (BRC). BRC is the largest bureau within the department, overseeing seven areas. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support, manage the Bureau Chief’s schedule, coordinate meetings, and act as a primary contact for bureau initiatives. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university Experience: Five years of executive-level administrative support experience, including two years in a confidential environment OR an equivalent combination of education and experience KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Exceptional organizational and time-management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Professionalism, integrity, and discretion Experience supporting C-suite executives is preferred ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Background Check: Final candidates must pass a criminal background check and fingerprinting Probation: A six-month probation period is required for all new hires and current employees Baltimore City Government is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
