Position Summary
We are seeking a
Senior Manager, Advanced Analytics – eCommerce Decision Science
to join our team. This role is an
individual contributor position
focused on driving analytics and automation in eCommerce.
What you'll do
Develop analytical frameworks to optimize assortment, pricing, and customer experience.
Create AI agents to automate routine analytics tasks.
Operate as a senior individual contributor, defining problems, sourcing data, and communicating insights.
Analyze customer behavior using clickstream and transaction data to inform product and marketing strategies.
Design KPIs and self-serve tools for monitoring performance.
Lead A/B testing and causal inference studies.
Query, clean, and model large datasets using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms.
Communicate insights clearly to stakeholders and translate results into actionable recommendations.
Stay updated on the latest in AI, ML, and automation tools to innovate analytical operations.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and 7+ years of experience in analytics or data science.
Expertise in SQL and large-scale data platforms (e.g., Google BigQuery, Hive).
Proficiency in Python for data science.
Experience automating analytics workflows with AI and scripting tools.
Proven success in influencing product or business decisions through analytics.
Excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in a related field or an MBA with analytics experience.
Background in eCommerce, retail, or pricing analytics.
Experience building and deploying AI agents or automation tools.
Knowledge of machine learning concepts and data pipelines.
Proficiency with BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
