Digital Advertising Fellow

SBDigital is seeking a full-time Digital Advertising Fellow who is an enthusiastic, creative, self-starter to join our progressive political communications tech firm. SBDigital specializes in a full range of digital communication services for Democratic campaigns and progressive organizations. If you wish to play an integral role in a busy, expanding team, with opportunities for advancement, this is an excellent opportunity. The ideal candidate is a recent college graduate or 2025 Summer Semester graduate familiar with social media platforms and able to learn new tools and skills quickly. They are confident, collaborative, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping progressive causes win. This is a 100% remote position. Roles and Responsibilities Learn to plan, build, and optimize digital campaigns on various advertising platforms. Track performance of active digital campaigns and build reporting dashboards. Proofread and edit proposals, memos, documents, and other client-facing material. Attend remote meetings to discuss upcoming and active campaigns. Research various topics to assist the team in carrying out their duties. Craft copy for social media and search ads. Perform light administrative duties within the scope of digital advertising campaign management. Otherwise assist the SBDigital team as needed. Preferred Experience and Qualifications A 4-year college degree (by September 2025) Experience using social media Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously A willingness to learn new technologies and skills on-the-job Most of all – a passion for helping progressive causes win Experience in digital advertising or political campaign experience is a plus but not necessary to apply. $25 per hour Health, Dental, and Vision benefits with company contribution Unlimited PTO + all paid national holidays. 12 weeks paid parental leave.
