What you will be doing:
Analyze telematics, sensors, and diagnostic data from connected vehicles to monitor system health and performance Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs related to product reliability, warranty claims, and failure rates Collaborate with engineering and product teams and service teams to determine what diagnostics create value for end customers Build and maintain data pipelines for real-time and historical data analysis Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to predict failures and optimize maintenance schedules Present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders with clear visualizations and summaries The Ideal Candidate will be knowledgeable in the following areas:
Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Automotive standards (e.g., ISO 26262, AUTOSAR) Vehicle subsystems (e.g., powertrain, ADAS, infotainment) What you'll need to be successful:
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred) 7+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) Experience with automotive data sources such as CAN, OBD-II, telematics, or diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) Familiarity with predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and root cause analysis Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally What you'll get:
