Atlantic Health Strategies
At Healing Rock Recovery, we believe healing is both a clinical and human journey. We're looking for a therapist who doesn't just treat symptoms, but sees the person beneath them. Someone who can hold space for deep trauma, foster resilience, and help clients rewrite their stories.

We value authentic connection, clinical excellence, and a shared commitment to transformation.
What You'll Do:
Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions in alignment with our treatment philosophy
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create dynamic, individualized care plans
Document clinical progress with precision and purpose
Participate in weekly treatment team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing training
Contribute to a culture of ethical care, curiosity, and client-centered recovery
What You Bring:
Licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or LPCC (associate-level may be considered with strong supervision match)
Strong grasp of trauma-informed care and modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, or ACT
Experience working in outpatient behavioral health preferred
A grounded, relational approach to therapy and a desire to grow within a team
Why Healing Rock Recovery:
A values-driven organization committed to ethical care
Small caseloads and strong clinical leadership
