Overview:
Seeking a highly experienced Systems Analyst with deep knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) to support implementation or upgrade projects. This role will focus on Asset Management and require direct involvement in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and end-to-end integration testing with external systems. You will work closely with project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and alignment with business processes.
What you will be doing:
Lead and participate in business analysis activities for PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Asset Management. Conduct formal work sessions and present functional analysis to stakeholders. Perform hands-on system integration and external interface testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document processes, develop training materials, and support training delivery. Utilize Microsoft O365 applications, MS Teams, and Visio for project documentation and communication. Contribute to ongoing process improvements and support project goals throughout the lifecycle. What you must have:
Required: 8+ years as a Business Analyst with PeopleSoft FSCM on implementation or upgrade projects; 8+ years with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Asset Management; 8+ years conducting work sessions and presenting functional analysis; 8+ years performing end-to-end system integration and interface testing; 8+ years using Microsoft O365 tools and MS Teams with large teams. Preferred: Public sector experience, familiarity with CPA CAPPS Financials, experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 General Ledger and Commitment Control, SharePoint, Jira, and Scrum. Other Information:
