Purpose -
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling and constructing metal components through precise cutting, bending, and welding, using a range of fabrication tools and machinery. This role requires a strong understanding of technical drawings and a commitment to quality, safety, and craftsmanship.
Duties and Responsibilities -
Cut, bend and shape metal using equipment such as saws, lathes, drill presses, and grinders Weld metal components using MIG, TIG, and ARC welding techniques Assemble fabricated parts into finished products, ensuring functionality and dimensional accuracy Perform quality checks to ensure final products meet specifications and safety standards Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all company and industry safety protocols Perform routine maintenance on tools and fabrication machinery Skills and Abilities -
Proven experience as a Fabricator in a manufacturing or industrial setting Proficiency with metal fabrication techniques, including familiarity with a wide range of fabrication equipment Advanced skills in MIG, TIG, and ARC Welding Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift heavy materials, and work in dynamic environments High attention to detail and precision-focused workmanship Problem-solving ability for on-the-fly fabrication challenges Strong communication and teamwork skills, especially when collaborating across departments Technical certification in metal fabrication is a strong plus
