Associate Decoration Developer - ONSITE, Hybrid TAMPA

Leading apparel company is looking for an Associate Decoration Developer to focus on decoration (trims, logos, twill, patches, silicone, woven labels, etc).
Duration: 4 months Hybrid: Onsite Tue-Th, Remote M/F Location: TAMPA Pay rate: $24-29.75/hr
This individual will help with reviewing decorated samples, data entry in Airtable, and organizing submits.
Associate Decoration Developers plays a role as part of the production creation in assisting the developer in development of decorations across all leagues & business channels from concept to commercialization, maintaining trackers, and filing submits with a need to be highly organized, detailed and action oriented with the ability to be flexible and manage a large workload in a fast-paced environment. Key Accountabilities:
• Ensure PLM entries are set up and maintained for all decoration development in respective category • Receive and file submits from nominated suppliers • Maintain development trackers • Maintain relevant data for metric reporting/adoption ratio
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree. • Knowledge of decoration techniques. • Experience in graphic art/print knowledge, and production would be a plus. • Must be deadline driven and have a pro-active and creative approach to problem solving. • Excellent organizational, communication, follow-up skills and attention to detail. • Ability to juggle multiple deadlines and tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong sense of urgency and intuitive sense of priorities and accuracy. • Proficient in PLM, databases, Adobe Illustrator, Airtable, and MS Office applications.
