Adecco is partnering with a client Montgomery, NY and is hiring a sales associate.Pay: $18-$21 per hour (based on experience)Location: Montgomery, NYSchedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM & Saturday, 8:00 AM-2:00 PMWe are seeking an experienced Sales Associate to join our team in Montgomery, NY. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in sales, strong communication skills, and a customer-first mindset. You will be responsible for providing excellent service, guiding customers through their purchases, and helping to drive store revenue.Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers in the showroomProvide knowledgeable recommendations based on customer needsProcess transactions and maintain accurate sales recordsMaintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floorWork collaboratively with team members to meet daily goalsRequirements:Previous sales experience is requiredExcellent verbal and interpersonal communication skillsReliable, professional, and customer-focusedMust be available to work SaturdaysPay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
