Adecco is partnering with a local client in Bartlett, TN to fill a contract-to-hire Desktop Support Analyst role. This is a fully onsite position with occasional remote flexibility, offering $27-$30 per hour. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply below! Job Responsibilities: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and (some) network-related problems encountered by end-users on the networkWork with the installation, configuration, and features of hardware and standard applications (Office 365, Teams, Adobe Creative and Document Cloud, etc.)Familiar with Entra and IntuneMaintain personal ability in the appropriate use of all relevant information technologies and other systemsInstall and maintain Windows and Mac OS environments on users' computersDocument and maintain computer inventory using our asset management softwareTroubleshoot videoconferencing equipmentManage corporate smartphones - activate SIM cards, replace phones, and manage our mobile deployment via our network services provider portalAny other work, duties, projects, or ad hoc requests as assigned Qualifications: Experience with Intune, SCCM, Active directory and AzureOffice 365 2 experience supporting end usersWindows and Mac OS troubleshooting, 3-5 years of hands-on experienceTelephony System 2+ years' experience in managing users, extensions, and office phones (Bell Total Connect an asset)Video-conferencing equipment experience (Crestron Mercury an asset)Scripting experience (PowerShell)Pay Details: $27.00 to $30.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
