Position Overview: We are seeking a

motivated, organized, and people-oriented Project Manager

to lead residential exterior renovation projects from start to finish. You'll serve as the primary liaison between our production team and homeowners, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

*This position is intended to support the final stretch of our busy exterior home improvement season in Connecticut. The role is expected to begin immediately and continue through mid-November, with a potential seasonal pause during the winter months (mid-November to late February). Depending on performance, project load, and company needs, there may be opportunities to return for the next season or transition into a long-term role.*

Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee a team of Assistant Project Managers Plan, coordinate, and manage roofing and exterior renovation projects Communicate project scope, timeline, and expectations with clients and crews Monitor job site progress, resolve issues, and adapt to changes as needed Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards are met Provide ongoing updates to clients and secure final project sign-off Maintain organized records of job status and materials Collaborate with distributors, crews, and office staff to streamline operations Attend weekly production meetings and assist with training initiatives Perform other related duties as needed based on business demands Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required;

Bachelor's Degree preferred Valid driver's license and clean driving record (past 3 years) 2+ years of experience in

project coordination ,

vendor management , or

fleet/logistics operations Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace Strong communication, leadership, and time-management skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, field-based work environment Compensation & Benefits:

Schedule:

Monday-Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Alternate Saturdays as needed
