We're looking for a skilled
System Administrator II
to join our IT team and help manage, maintain, and protect the infrastructure that powers our business. If you thrive on solving problems, optimizing systems, and being the go-to resource for Windows server environments, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
As a key member of our IT department, you'll be responsible for supporting and enhancing our core systems-from Windows servers and Active Directory to Office 365 administration and Veeam backups. You'll work closely with our IT Manager and network engineers to keep things running smoothly, securely, and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Windows Server Administration
Install, configure, and maintain Windows server environments Monitor server health, troubleshoot issues, and apply optimizations Manage patching and updates using WSUS Active Directory and Group Policy
Manage users, groups, permissions, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs) Maintain domain controllers and directory structure Troubleshoot and resolve Active Directory-related issues Office 365 Administration
Administer Office 365 tenant including Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams Handle user licensing and service configuration Collaborate with internal stakeholders to leverage Office 365 tools Network Support
Apply foundational knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing Assist in configuring and troubleshooting Meraki switches, routers, and firewalls Coordinate with network engineers to ensure network reliability and performance Backup and Disaster Recover y
Manage backup systems using Veeam Backup & Replication Monitor and validate backup jobs and verify data integrity Develop recovery strategies and contribute to business continuity planning Successful Candidates Will Bring:
Proven experience as a System Administrator or IT Administrator Strong technical skills in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365 Working knowledge of networking principles and experience with Meraki hardware Familiarity with Veeam or similar backup solutions A proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills
