Overview

We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled

Assembly Operator

to join our high-performing team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will have hands-on mechanical experience and proficiency with hand and power tools to efficiently assemble and fabricate hydraulic components. This position plays a critical role in maintaining both quality standards and production targets on the assembly line.

Key Responsibilities Assemble, inspect, and package hydraulic components according to detailed instructions. Follow written and verbal work instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines to ensure consistent, high-quality output. Operate hand tools, power tools, and powered equipment; use measuring devices to verify accuracy. Monitor inventory levels, perform routine maintenance, and maintain accurate records. Conduct in-process and final quality checks to ensure products meet established specifications. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company safety standards. Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and enhance assembly line performance. Participate in safety and other continuous improvement committees, as assigned. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or GED preferred. Ability to read, write, and speak English is required. Proven ability to follow detailed work instructions and accurately assemble components. Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is strongly preferred. Mechanical aptitude and the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. Proficiency in the use of hand and power tools is essential. Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Basic math skills are required. Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 45 pounds occasionally and 30 pounds frequently. Must be able to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours) and perform physical activities such as bending, kneeling, twisting, and reaching. Manual dexterity to handle small parts is essential. Willingness to participate in training and self-development opportunities is a plus.
