Neonatologist " Community Level III NICU
Job Description:
Provide clinical care for infants in a Community Level III NICU (average daily census: five; approximately 2,000 annual births).
Manage newborns and deliver care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary perinatology team.
Engage in quality improvement initiatives, including participation in the California Perinatal Quality Care Collaborative.
Collaborate with families and healthcare teams to ensure compassionate care.
Deliver continuous 24/7 in-house coverage for all neonatal needs.
Full-time or part-time positions available according to preference.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology required; Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine certification preferred.
Permanent position; local residency required. Relocation may be necessary.
Not accepting locum or visa candidates.
Compensation and Benefits:
Base salary: $240,000"$300,000, plus bonus potential.
