Facility:

This facility features a thriving Community Level III NICU with a collaborative team approach to neonatal care. The medical center performs approximately 2,000 births annually and maintains an average daily census of five infants in the NICU. The facility is known for its strong perinatology program and participation in the California Perinatal Quality Care Collaborative.

Opportunity: Board Certified/Board Eligible - Neonatology

This is a permanent opportunity for a dedicated Neonatologist to join a dynamic team providing comprehensive 24/7 in-house coverage. Candidates may choose part-time or full-time employment options, with preference given to those with Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine certification.

Job Details:

  • Provide expert clinical care in a Community Level III NICU
  • Manage newborns at a facility performing approximately 2,000 births annually
  • Participate in a strong perinatology program with multidisciplinary collaboration
  • Support quality improvement initiatives through the California Perinatal Quality Care Collaborative
  • Offer compassionate care to newborns and collaborate with families and healthcare teams
  • Provide continuous 24/7 in-house clinical coverage
  • Opportunity for part-time or full-time employment based on preference
  • Requires residency within the immediate local area (relocation may be required)
  • California Medical License or ability to obtain required

Compensation:
