COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Pediatric Ophthalmology (OPHT)
  • Salary: To $340K+ production
  • After practice expenses keep percentage of collections (overhead currently 57%)
  • Sign-On Bonus: $15k
  • Relocation: Relocation assistance
  • PTO: 14 paid holidays + 30 more days off including sick time.(accrues yearly)
  • CME: $5k + Days
  • Paid: License, DEA, State Surcharge, Professional organ, Memberships and Societies
