COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Pediatric Ophthalmology (OPHT) Salary: To $340K+ production After practice expenses keep percentage of collections (overhead currently 57%) Sign-On Bonus: $15k Relocation: Relocation assistance PTO: 14 paid holidays + 30 more days off including sick time.
