Job Details:
• 24-hour shifts (8 hours in-house, 16 hours on call as backup to in-house Nurse Practitioner) • Coverage for 14-bed ICU with 6-8 patient encounters per shift • Orientation day required before first shift • Specific coverage blocks: November 25-December 2, 2025 and December 23-30, 2025 • Must have active Washington state medical license • Ventilation management skills required (both non-invasive and invasive preferred) • Procedural skills required: central line insertion, arterial line insertion, chest tube insertion • Preferred skills: bronchoscopy with BAL, PA catheter insertion, IABP placement, ICP management • Preferred diagnostic/therapeutic procedures: lumbar puncture, paracentesis, thoracentesis • Dialysis catheter placement preferred • Board certification required with current ACLS and BLS certifications • 30-day credentialing timeframe with fellowship training • Accommodations available at Hampton Inn or Comfort Inn at Southridge • Nearest airport: Tri-Cities (PSC)
