Opportunity: Board Certified - Critical Care Medicine
Job Details: - 24-hour shifts (8 hours in-house, 16 hours on call as backup to in-house Nurse Practitioner) - Coverage for 14-bed ICU with 6-8 patient encounters per shift - Orientation day required before first shift - Specific coverage blocks: November 25-December 2, 2025 and December 23-30, 2025 - Must have active Washington state medical license - Ventilation management skills required (both non-invasive and invasive preferred) - Procedural skills required: central line insertion, arterial line insertion, chest tube insertion - Preferred skills: bronchoscopy with BAL, PA catheter insertion, IABP placement, ICP management - Preferred diagnostic/therapeutic procedures: lumbar puncture, paracentesis, thoracentesis - Dialysis catheter placement preferred - Board certification required with current ACLS and BLS certifications - 30-day credentialing timeframe with fellowship training - Accommodations available at Hampton Inn or Comfort Inn at Southridge - Nearest airport: Tri-Cities (PSC)
Compensation: Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
