Walmart International is seeking a Senior Director, People Business Partner to partner with our growing business. This strategic leader will oversee all HR functions and initiatives that support organizational goals and business strategies. Responsibilities include providing vision for the People team, developing talent management, culture, engagement, and growth strategies, and collaborating with senior leadership to foster a dynamic, inclusive, and performance-driven culture while ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.

The minimum qualifications are a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field with 6 years' HR experience, or 8 years' HR experience, plus 2 years of supervisory experience.
