Role Summary/Purpose: The role will be the Subject Matter Expert on all Acquisition Credit and Fraud Strategy implementation efforts for assigned clients. The ideal candidate will have a client-facing project management background with a focus on Credit products, Acquisition platforms, SynApps IT support, and a proven track record of representing the business, partnering with cross-functional teams, and delivering projects on time and within budget for highly valued clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Gather client business requirements, assess changes and effort, and contribute to solutions.
  • Implement Credit and Fraud strategies in acquisition platforms for various products on SynApps.
  • Perform validations, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with client teams and strategy development teams to review specifications.
  • Create testing specifications and support integration testing.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and handle priority production issues.
  • Attend meetings as SME, research issues, and provide solutions.
  • Perform additional duties such as coding, testing, and project support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or computer information systems, or high school diploma/GED with equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years programming experience with languages like FICO DMP, PowerCurve, DaaS, SAS, SQL, R, Python, and SynApps IT knowledge.
  • 5+ years project management experience (Waterfall/Agile).
  • 5+ years supporting acquisition processes in credit systems/IT.
  • 3+ years experience with data extraction from data warehouses or lakes.

Preferred Characteristics:

  • Experience with SynApps/Surveyor/Edison systems.
  • Knowledge of credit products, including acquisitions, account management, collections, and authentication.
  • Experience working with bureaus and implementing/monitoring strategies.
  • Familiarity with Fiserv and Edison platforms.
  • Industry experience in banking/credit cards.
  • Problem-solving skills, ability to work cross-functionally, high energy, and strong communication skills.

Level and Compensation: Grade 11, salary range $115,000 - $200,000 USD annually, with bonus eligibility. Compensation depends on experience and market adjustments.
