On the platform side, they handle the design and development of data projects. They are looking for a solutions architect to serve as the final layer—integrating all capabilities to create a final public-facing product.
Build data products (catalogs), dashboards, reports, and apps.
They aim to deliver finished products. Looking for solution architects who can work across functions—talk to each group, understand the right fit for each use case, and make it happen. Gather requirements, design solutions, execute through POC. There is a team that can implement and take it to closure, then move on to the next project.
Technologies involved include Azure, Databricks, with front-end developed using Angular/React.
Nice to have: any certifications in Azure, Databricks, strong communication skills, ability to produce design documents with well-structured diagrams, and understanding of the basic roles and responsibilities of an architect.
Work is 3-4 days a week on-site.
Timing? If the candidate is good, they will be considered for long-term engagement, starting with 6 months.
Financial experience is not necessary—experience in designing data products is a plus but not mandatory; any smart person who can learn quickly is suitable.
Team makeup: 80% in Chennai, 20% here. Overlap mainly in the mornings, with occasional off-hours calls; generally working normal 9-5 hours.
Good documentation skills and the ability to give presentations are highly valued.
