Digital Sales Director - Remote (US) or Boston-based Hybrid - $100K-170K base salary + Double OTE

We're on the hunt for a high-energy digital sales pro who's ready to make a real impact.

From programmatic media and audience targeting to conversion optimization and email remarketing, our innovative approach is helping clients unlock full-funnel success-and we're just getting started.

Now we're looking for a Digital Sales Director who can help us expand our reach, win new business, and shape the future of how brands connect with their audiences.

What You'll Do:

• Own the full sales cycle-from first contact to closed deal and onboarding
• Leverage your network and uncover new opportunities across agencies, brands, and partners
• Develop tailored sales pitches and proposals that solve real business problems
• Collaborate closely with internal strategy teams to deliver top-tier solutions
• Stay sharp on market trends and bring fresh ideas to the table
• Hit and exceed revenue goals (with uncapped commission to match)
• You've got 3+ years of success in digital media, martech, or agency sales
• You know how to speak the language of CMOs and senior decision-makers
• You have a strong book of business or a solid network in a key vertical or region
• You're consultative, strategic, and love closing deals
• Tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator are second nature
• Bonus if you have experience in media strategy or planning
