Duties & Responsibilities: Ability to read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, and schematics. Ability to read and follow production order descriptions to assemble finished product. Ability to analyze mechanical and operational aspect to assemble product. Ability to identify and gather parts required for the project. Ability to follow oral and written instructions from engineers and supervisor on process changes. Ability to download programs to required equipment. Ability to inspect product per engineering specification to ensure proper assembly. Ability to troubleshoot problems, identify problems and communicate issues to supervisor or engineering. Ability to recommend to improve processes. Ability to write assembly procedures on final product. Comply with all other duties as needed to assist the company in attaining its objectives Skills & Qualifications:
May assist less experienced team members with knowledge and expertise Strong attention to detail a must to ensure top quality in a timely manner Must have a strong work ethic and attitude to drive projects through to completion Ability to read and write English (any 2nd language is a plus!) Able to function in a dynamic, fast paced, environment EXPERIENCE - 2-5+ years of related experience preferred EDUCATION - High School Diploma or equivalent required, technical school experience preferred
