Project Scheduler

to play a pivotal role in delivering complex infrastructure and industrial projects across the United States.

As a Project Scheduler, you'll be at the center of our project execution-owning the integrated schedule for multiple, fast-moving workstreams. You'll collaborate closely with engineering, construction, and commercial teams, ensuring that our projects stay on track and our teams are aligned from planning through commissioning. What You'll Do Develop and manage integrated project schedules

across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning. Translate execution plans into detailed, logic-linked schedules

with clear critical paths and milestones. Lead weekly schedule updates, progress tracking, and review meetings

to keep all stakeholders informed and accountable. Analyze float, identify schedule risks, and develop recovery strategies

to keep projects moving forward. Support scenario planning and tradeoff analysis

for key milestones and resource bottlenecks. Coordinate closely with on-site teams

to ensure schedules reflect real-world progress and constraints. Produce tailored reporting

for internal teams, contractors, and executive leadership. Leverage digital platforms

like Alice, Wrike, or Smartsheet to streamline planning and collaboration. What You'll Bring 3-8 years of experience in project scheduling for infrastructure, energy, or industrial projects. Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar. Strong understanding of execution sequencing, procurement dependencies, and field constraints. Experience supporting fast-paced projects with evolving scope and design inputs. Ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic, high-growth environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with project management tools like Wrike, Smartsheet, or Asana. Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and follow-through. Bonus Points Experience with modular or phased execution models. Background in early-stage industrial projects or owner-developer teams. Exposure to Alice Technologies or similar generative scheduling platforms. PSP certification or equivalent credentials (preferred, not required).
