IT Support Engineer
The ideal candidate will join a dynamic small team with a rich history in the industry. Our client is seeking a highly skilled individual to support their O365 infrastructure, network devices, and provide technical expertise to their team.
Key Responsibilities:
As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing data on internet connection issues, spam filters, and backup systems. You will work closely with the managed services group to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring seamless support to their clients. This role requires strong technical skills, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
Requirements:
We're looking for a highly motivated individual with at least 3 years of experience in a technical support or Systems Admin role. You should have a strong understanding of firewalls, network components, and network traffic. Experience with servers and network administration is a plus, but not required. What's most important is your ability to apply yourself and deliver results.
Nice to Have:
Certifications in IT or a related field are a bonus. You should also be able to find answers to technical questions on your own, without relying on others.
