This is a rare opportunity to join a deeply technical and mission-driven team at the forefront of enterprise AI integration. You'll work directly with customers and internal stakeholders to bring state-of-the-art systems into production environments-making a real impact across critical industries. What You Will Do Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop backend components (e.g., authentication, monitoring, usage management). Serve as the technical bridge between the company and enterprise clients to deploy, customize, and maintain AI systems in real-world workflows. Work hands-on with system integrators and customers to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing optimization of solutions. Help define and improve deployment practices, documentation, and tooling to accelerate customer success. Operate as both an engineer and a consultant-bringing together technical depth and customer empathy. Ideal Candidate Background 3-5 years of experience in backend or fullstack development. Proven experience working directly with enterprise customers in implementation or support roles. Strong track record deploying systems into production, ideally in regulated or enterprise environments. Startup experience, preferably within the AI or devtools space. Excellent communication skills-comfortable interfacing with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Proficiency with
Python
and
FastAPI , as well as frontend frameworks like
TypeScript/React . Familiarity with
LLM-based workflows , developer platforms, and prompt engineering concepts. Experience deploying and scaling infrastructure in
AWS
or
Azure
environments. Strong intuition for debugging and iterative problem-solving in ambiguous or evolving customer contexts. Compensation, Benefits & Perks Base Salary:
