Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and deliver projects on time and to the required quality standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring projects, ensuring seamless project execution and effective stakeholder communication. This role will also be responsible for facilitating business requirement discussions, maintaining up-to-date project documentation, and creating data visualizations to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation to closure, ensuring that project goals and objectives are met Facilitate business requirement discussions with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, and ensure that project deliverables meet business needs Develop and maintain project plans, including project schedules, and resource allocation plans Coordinate project activities, including meetings, scheduling, and logistics Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including:
Project plans and schedules Status reports and progress updates Issues and risk logs
Create and maintain data visualizations to support project management and business decision-making Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business needs and requirements, and ensure that project deliverables meet those needs Develop and maintain process maps, workflows, and other documentation to support project management and business operations Required Skills:
3+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to facilitate discussions and meetings with stakeholders Strong documentation and organizational skills, with ability to maintain up-to-date records and documents Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy and quality in work products Strong technical skills, with ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies Nice to Have:
Certification in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2 Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira Experience with data analysis and statistical tools such as Excel, SQL, or R Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
