We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused
Client Account Representative
to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and their accounts are managed effectively. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent organizational skills and a passion for customer service and property solutions.
Responsibilities Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal departments Manage and maintain accurate client records and account information Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner Monitor account performance and provide regular updates and reports Assist with billing, account setup, renewals, and contract administration Coordinate with property managers and vendors to resolve client concerns Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and retention Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred) 1-2 years of experience in client services, account management, or administrative support Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail Additional Information
